Our Process
 All the staff that  work with Share The Care do undergo a rigorous recruitment process. All staff identities are confirmed and references verified. All the staff have to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Potential staff will initially have a telephone interview and if successful at this stage, will then attend a face-to-face interview with our Nurse led Manager. All the staff will undergo an induction training process before starting any work. The training that Share The Care offers is ongoing as we have a level 3 resident trainer within the company.

Only when all references have been received, all training and qualifications verified and Enhanced DBS check confirmed will staff be employed by Share The Care, for potential introduction to a client.
